FOODGARD is 10 to 1000 times more efficient than Sodium Benzoate against Gram(-) bacteria, Gram(+) bacteria, Yeast and Mold.

FOODGARD presents a very low MIC (4 - 440 ppm) in a wide pathogenic spectrum at only 0.2% concentration.

FOODGARD generates high antimicrobial properties compared to sodium benzoate and could replace synthetic additives in food products.
